Dear 'Jim', Kelly, Scott, Chris and families.....I was saddened to learn of Mike's death....He was a 'Great American' and will be fondly remembered...from the days when I'd stop to review his insurance at his house on the State Line to the days he'd be in Payne at Homier Implement and swing by my shop to shoot the breeze! And of course, there were the 'glory days' of 'Moore Brothers Stock Farm' and riding with him in the A/C Gleaner harvesting corn!!!! What a great guy - ornery smile and all!!!! I am sad...and I know you are too. May he rest in peace and may God comfort you and give all of you peace. With my sympathy, Jim Hooker, Mesa, AZ.

God Bless you and keep you. Mike remains the best neighbor I have ever had. He always had a smile and cheerful hello for us. My kids enjoyed him each time he stopped in at our home near his on State Line road. Thanks for the memories. You will never be forgotten.
