Amos Stoll Jr., 76, of Hicksville, Ohio passed away on May 7, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Amos Jr. was born in Loogootee, Indiana on August 6, 1948, son of the late Amos and Elizabeth (Graber) Stoll.
On October 1, 1977, he was united in marriage to Mary Raber, and she survives. He faithfully provided for his family as a carpenter and a lifelong farmer. Amos Jr. was a precious husband and beloved dad. His content, quiet and gentle nature was a Godly example for his family. He was a special friend to family, local church members, neighbors and acquaintances.
Amos Jr. will be dearly missed by his six children, Amos Jacob (Carolyn) Stoll, Samuel (Elsie) Stoll, David Stoll, Ida Anna (Joseph Jr.) Mullet, Mary Elizabeth “Liz” (Brian) Eicher, Esther (Loren) Yoder all of Hicksville, Ohio; siblings, Sam (Catherine) Stoll, Joel (Ann) Stoll both of Kokomo, Indiana, Eli Stoll, Ora Stoll, and Barbara Stoll of Odon, Indiana; 21 grandchildren and two great grandsons.
He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Jacob, Joseph and David Stoll and a granddaughter, Diana Rose.
Visitation for Amos Jr. will be held Thursday, May 8th, 6 PM to 8 PM and Friday, May 9th, 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM in the Hicksville Amish Community Building, 7207 Hicksville Edgerton Road, Hicksville, Ohio.
Funeral services for Amos Jr. will be held Saturday May 10th at 9 AM in the Hicksville Amish Community Building.
Amos Jr. will be laid to rest in the Hicksville Amish Cemetery following the funeral.
