What a wonderful person and glorious creation. I am a better person for our meeting. Regrets will haunt, but thoughts and Love will not.

Gloria, I have such fond memories of watching our children grow up as we all would attend school and scouting events.  Amy was always such a joy.  My mother''''s heart aches for your loss, and I pray that our God of all comfort will surround  you with His love and peace during those moments of need.  Sending our love, Joyce and John Birkhold

I only knew Amy for a few years, but it seems like I knew her from child hood. She talked to me about everthing in her whole life, the good and the bad. She never said a bad word about anyone or held ill feeling against anyone. God let us see one of his Angels here on earth.

I have many memories of Amy over the years, ranging from working with her to visiting with her at many golf events.  Amy found true passion in her work to improve and maintain Pond-A-River, which has in turn created a great outlet for many in the community to relax and have fun.  Considering the thousands of people who have enjoyed the course over the last quarter decade, Amys can easily be labeled a noble calling.   I, my family and countless others, will greatly miss Amy, as she always had kind words and a smile to share.   My deepest condolences go out to her family and friends.

Amy and I had a fun relationship throughout school, and beyond.  Everytime I would see her it was a race to see which of us would say "Hi Amy" first!  Then the other would laugh and repeat, "Hi Amy!" back.....for as long as I can remember....she was always smiling....

I was so sad to hear about Amy's passing. I have so many great memories of Antwerp, and she's a vital part of them. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Gloria,
We were saddened to read of the death of your daughter, Amy.  We also remember wonderful times of watching her play in the community band.  I enjoyed conversations with her at the Antwerp Bank, when she came in now and then.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Our sympathy is with you and your family.  God's Blessings upon your family tomorrow.

It has been a few years since I saw Amy.  But everytime we saw each other she would say, "Hi! Couz".  I remember her 6th birthday party and we made marble bunnies.  I remember her coming to my Grandma's funeral (Marybelle Crosby) and sitting with me and my family and talking for the longest time.  She was able to meet 3 of my 6 children at the time.  It's hard to believe she is gone.  My mom called about a week ago and told me the news.  My brother, David, had just talked with Amy within the last few weeks and he stated that she just talked and talked, like Amy would do.  Our prayers and blessings are with you and your family during this time.
