Anna Faye Smith, 68, of Antwerp, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 19th, at Lutheran Hospital.
Anna Faye was born in Antwerp on June 16, 1944, a daughter of the late Elizabeth (Handy) and Norman Cottrell.
She had been a volunteer at Paulding County Hospital. On Nov. 11, 1967 she married Sammy Ray Smith, who died July 20, 2007.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Michael.
Her funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 am on Friday, June 22nd with viewng one hour prior.
She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
