Bobby Wayne Elders

Bobby Wayne Elders, 63, of Antwerp, Ohio passed away at home on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

Bobby was born in Defiance, Ohio on October 4, 1959.

He worked at Defiance Metal Products but was much more comfortable pick'n & grinin' with his guitar at home or in his own band. He loved the bands, Josh Berridge, Color the Void and Cross Canadian Ragweed. Those who knew him best would say that he was the epitome of the phrase by Lynyrd Skynrd "A Simple Kind of Man". Bobby also loved to fish and coach the Pittsburgh Steelers from his couch.

Bobby will be sadly missed by his son, Michael (Andrea) Elders; parents, Mary Ellen (Higgins) and Charles Elders; sisters, Coni (the late Dean) Gaisford, Pam (Steve) Hellemeyer and JoEllen (Todd) Bodine. He loved be a grandpa to his 5 grandchildren and "Poppy" to David, Brandon, Josh and their children.

His family will celebrate his life at a later date.
