Brian Lynn Zartman

Brian Lynn Zartman, 65, of Payne, Ohio passed away at home Saturday, April 1, 2023.

Brian was born in Hicksville, Ohio on January 14, 1958.

He was a truck driver by trade but preferred time with his family, especially camping.  Brian was able to find humor in everything. Like when camping if weather was not great he would ask his pets, kids, grandkids, and basically anyone else if they wanted to go get an ice cream cone. He always referred to great parking spots as "Fat Boy Parking". His mother had a saying about Brian. "That he was always was right, even when he was wrong." There was no point in arguing. 

Brian will be sadly missed by his wife, Norma (Rorick), children, Jason Zartman, Adam (Katherine) Zartman, Rosa (Roger) Goss & Brandon (Anna) Zartman; father, Carl Zartman; siblings, Lori Bricker, Julie (Mike) Pease & Tony (Angie) Zartman and grandchildren, Lily, Jamie, Tristen, Connor & Stella Zartman and Grace & Lindsay Goss.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet (Hook) Zartman.

Viewing is Friday, April 7th, 4 to 7 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne.

Brian's funeral service is Saturday, April 8th, 10:30 am with viewing one hour prior at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne.

He will be laid to rest at Wiltsie Cemetery, Payne.
