Carolyn Ann Carr, 76, of Antwerp, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Manor House Assisted Living, Antwerp.
Carolyn was born in Hicksville on December 14, 1935, a daughter of the late Mona (Blair) and Richard Rowan.
She had worked at Kammeyer's IGA, Lincoln Life and the Antwerp Local Schools. Carolyn was a devout member of Antwerp United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star.
On June 30, 1956 she married Wayne Carr, who passed away Nov. 11, 2008.
Carolyn will be sadly missed by her children, Elaine (Dean) Phillips of Hicksville, Steven (Lisa) of Indianapolis & Kevin (Jackie) of Antwerp; siblings, Richard Rowan of Wauseon & Marilyn Conn of Texas; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Viewing is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp on Sunday, 2 to 6 pm.
Her funeral service is at Antwerp United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Schneider officiating on Monday, 10 am, with viewing one hour prior.
She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
Memorials are to the church or Manor House Activity Fund.
