Catherine "Cass" Hansen

Catherine M. "Cass" Hansen 67 of Essington, formerly of SW Philadelphia, passed away at home on Saturday, July 16, 2016.

She was born in Philadelphia on December 5, 1948.

She was a devoted wife & mother, whose pride & joy were her grandchildren.

Cass will be sadly missed by her husband, Robert; children, Michelle (Shawn) Dooley & Erica (William) Rubincam; grandchildren, Shawn & Matthew Dooley and Mia, Joshua, Jason & Nicholas Rubincam; siblings, Robert (Karla) Walsh, Barbara (Rick Mateu) Pompei, Rita (Joe) Damico, Terri Walsh & Jacquie Barney.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lillian (Taylor) & Robert Walsh and sisters, Dawn, Peggy & Carol.

Her Funeral Mass is Wednesday, 10:30 am with viewing after 9:30 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 208 Milmont Ave, Folsom, PA

Viewing is also Tuesday, 6 - 8 pm, Griffith Funeral Chapel, 520 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA

She will be laid to rest in SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Broomall, PA
