Charlotte J Anspach, 84, of Payne, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at the Gardens of Paulding.
Charlotte was born in Cleveland on August 22, 1937, a daughter of the late Lois (Businger) & Joseph Pollak.
Charlotte worked at her father's pharmacy in Payne and Paulding for many years, and eventually retired from Walgreens in New Haven. She was a member of the Payne American Legion, the Eagles of Paulding, and the Red Hat Society. In her free time, she enjoyed playing dice, cards, and bingo and loved to travel and camp with her family. Above all, Charlotte loved her family and cherished all the moments spent with her children and grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Irvin, to whom she was married on August 8, 1956; children, Terry, Todd (Lynne) Anspach, Angela Hackey, & Kelly (Tanya) Anspach; daughter-in-law, Amy; niece, Theresa Caryer; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; & 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her children, Tinna, Kevin, & Alex Anspach & sister, Christine Brown.
Viewing is Friday, June 10, 2022, from 4-7 PM at Dooley Funeral Home 5761 SR 500, Payne, Ohio 45880.
Service is Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 10:30 AM with viewing one hour prior at the funeral home.
She will be laid to rest at St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Payne.
