Connie Lyn Sensabaugh
Connie Lyn Sensabaugh, 43 of Madison, Alabama passed away at home on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014.
Born in Fort Wayne on December 28, 1970, she was a daughter of the late Margaret Myers & Thomas Jackson.
On June 17, 1989 Connie married Howard Sensabaugh.
Connie will be sadly missed by her husband, Howard; daughters, Taylor & Madison; siblings, Steve (Linda) Myers of Van Wert, Cathy (Ron) Wirts of Paulding, Carla (Chuck) Sensabaugh of Antwerp, Jason (Julie) Myers of Hamler, Sherry & Cindy Jackson of Hicksville. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Dave, James & Carol.
Services are Monday, Dec. 22nd, 11 am, with viewing one hour prior at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, Antwerp.
Viewing is also Sunday, 2-6 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
She will be laid to rest at Forest Home Cemetery.
Memorials are to Alabama Kidney Foundation, 2012 University Blvd, PO Box 12505, Birmingham, AL 35202.
