Dale R Jividen
Dale R. Jividen, 57, of Antwerp, passed away Friday, June 5, 2020 at the Gardens of Paulding.
Dale was born in Wellston, Ohio on July 8, 1962 the son of the late KY Perkuns & Rita Fern Jividen Bowersox.
Dale was also preceded in death by his step father, Donald Bowersox.
He leaves behind his very special friend, Karen Lee; and children, Vincent & Richard Middleton, Casey Jean Davis & Zachary Jividen.
He will be laid to rest privately in Maumee Cemetery.
