Daniel Leroy Pierce

Daniel L. Pierce, 65 of Antwerp passed away at Paulding County Hospital on Friday, January 19, 2018. 

Dan was born in Grand Rapids, MI on June 6, 1952 a son of the late LD & Eva (Williams) Pierce. 

He served his country in the US Navy from 1975 to 1979. He was a valued employee at General Motors in Defiance for 33 and half years and served on the Antwerp Fire Department for 28 years. Dan was a member of the Antwerp VFW and American Legion.  Dan was always there to help!

He will be sadly missed by his son, Tim Pierce and step daughter, Savanna Fettig. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melissa & brother, Don.

You are invited to Dan's viewing on Sunday, January 21, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm with his funeral ceremony with military honors at 4 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp, Ohio.
