Delbert Charles Fitzpatrick, 68, of Payne, passed away September 14, 2023 at Paulding County Hospital.
Delbert was born in Lousia, KY on March 25, 1955, a son of the late Dixie (Branham) & Ray Fitzpatrick.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter Katrina (JD Carter) Fitzpatrick; siblings, David, Burgess, Randall Fitzpatrick, & Mary Lou Endicott; and grandchildren, Donovan and Alexis Carter.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond and Dwight Fitzpatrick.
