Donald English

Donald C. English, 84, of Van Wert, passed away Saturday, February 27th, at his residence.

Don was born in Ashtabula on September 17, 1925, a son of the late Minnie Elva (Hoover) and Roy English.

He served in the U.S. Marines as a Cpl in WW II and was a foreman at Dana Weatherhead, Antwerp.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Robin Lee Wright of Van Wert; sons, Paul of Van Wert & Donn of Antwerp; brother, Bernard of Oakwood; 11 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.

Also preceding him in death are his sister, Evelyn Butler & brothers, Cloyd, Floyd, Raymond & Gerald.

His funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 am on Wednesday, March 3rd, with viewing one hour prior to his service.

Viewing is also Tuesday, 4-8 pm, at Dooley's.

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
