Frances Kay Miller

Frances Kay Miller, 69, of Payne, passed away at 11:50 pm, Saturday, February 13th, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born in Payne on March 2, 1940, a daughter of the late Margaret Alice (Fisher) and Cecil Mansfield.

Kay was a member of the Payne American Legion Post Auxiliary & the Payne Church of the Nazarene.

On July 8, 1961, she married James C. Miller, who survives.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Jim; sons, Randy of Payne, Philip (Dawn) of Haviland, Rodney (Merrill) of Payne; daughter, Kathie (Steve) Wobler of Payne; brothers, Charles (Janice), Walt & Bruce (Marla) Mansfield all of Payne, Morris (Kathryn) Mansfield of Shingle Springs, CA, Mike (Faith) Mansfield of Helena & sister, Sara (Randy) Higgins of Defiance; 9 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.

Her brothers, Rex & Bart Mansfield; sister, Zoe Bostwick & grandson, Joshua also preceded her in death.
