Helen Mary Franklin

Helen Mary  Franklin, 90, of Payne, OH, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Paulding County Hospital.

Helen was born in New York on May 3, 1925, a daughter of the late Josephine (Navalenska) and Frank   Bogdanski.

She was a devout member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church. You could count on her to brighten your day with her smile and her uplifting personality. 

On Oct 21, 1944 she married Robert  Franklin.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Robert; son, James both of Payne & sister, Theresa Lisniewski of Long Island, NY.  Helen is also preceded in death by her daughter, Marie Angela Franklin & siblings, Stella Piaseczna and Joseph, Edmund & Sigmund Bogdanski.

Viewing is Wednesday, 4 - 7:30 pm with the Rosary recited at 7:30 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne.  Viewing is also Thursday, 10 - 10:30 am  at Dooley Funeral Home.

Her Funeral Mass is at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Payne on Thursday at 11 am.

She will be laid to rest at St John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.
