Jackie Messman Balser
Jacqueline S. Balser, 59, of Antwerp, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
Jackie was born in Fort Wayne on May 19, 1952, a daughter of the late Lucille (Frane) and Edwin Messman.
She was a secretary at Woodburn Diamond Die and a member of Antwerp United Methodist Church.
In 2007 she married Jerry Balser.
Jackie will be sadly missed by her husband, Jerry; children, Eric (Denise) Reeb of Antwerp, Sara (James) Maxwell of Fort Wayne & Jenna (Craig McDaniel) Lichty of Monroeville; step children, Wade (Melissa) Balser of Cleveland & Sheila (John) Hilton of Antwerp; siblings, Larry Messman of Monroeville, Joyce Copsey, Joan Murlin & Judy Hunt all of Antwerp, Janet Palmer of Woodburn, Janelle Messman of New Haven, Jeanne Worden of Auburn & Gary Messman of New Haven; 4 grandchildren & 5 step grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Donnie & Wayne.
Viewing is Saturday, 4 to 6 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp.
Service are private.
Memorials are to Woodburn Children's Home or Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
