Jeremy Lee

Jeremy Jay Lee, 36, of Antwerp passed away Monday, September 27, 2010 at his residence.

He was born in Tiffin, on December 17, 1973.

Jeremy was a 1992 graduate of Wayne Trace High School.

He attended Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church and had worked at Parker Hannifin, Hicksville.

On Dec 3, 1998 he married Erika Zartman, who survives. He will be sadly missed by his wife; sons, Ty, Nathan, Landon & Ross all at home; mother, Shirley Sherry (Frank) Lichty of Van Wert; father, Dennis (Karlann) Lee of Antwerp; sister, Laura Proxmire of Dublin; step sisters, Emily Hughes of Antwerp & Mandy Lichty of Fort Wayne and grandmothers, Myrtle Lee of Payne & Mildred Sherry of Van Wert.

His funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, at 11 am on Saturday, October 2nd, with viewing one hour prior.  

Viewing is also Friday, 2-8 pm.

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
