Jim Case

James B. Case, 84, of Payne passed away Thursday, April 8th, 2010 at Dallas Lamb Foundation Home.

Jim was born in Cedarville, Indiana on June 28, 1925, a son of the late Olive (Stapleton) and Harry Case.

He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WW II. Jim worked 40 years at Rea Magnet Wire and was an active member of the Payne Fire & EMS until he was 70 and the Payne Church of the Nazarene.

In 1947 Jim married Marianne Miller, who survives. He will be sadly missed by his wife; daughters, Cindra Sue (Russell) Coy of Ney, Debra Case of Payne, RaChelle (Andy) Partlow of Troy; sons Dennis (Irene) of King William, VA, & Jeffrey (Rebecca) of Lee Summit, MO; brother, Donald (Barbara) of Fort Wayne; 13 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren.

His funeral service is at Payne Church of the Nazarene on Monday, 11 am, with viewing one hour prior.

Viewing is also Sunday, 4-8 pm at DOOLEY FUNERAL HOME, 5761 SR 500, PAYNE.

He will be laid to rest at Lehman Cemetery.

Memorials are to the church or Paulding Hospice.
