John George Kobee

John G Kobee, 79, of Antwerp, passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 at Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center.

John was born in Springfield Township, MI  on December 22, 1935 a son of the late Rose (Garl) & Frank Kobee.

John was an the pianist at French Lick & West Baden Hotels and a piano tuner. Although he was an accomplished pianist & accordianist, his greatest achievement was his family.
   
On Oct. 3, 1958 he married Eva Sharron McDonald.

John will be sadly missed by his wife, Sharron; 3 children Julia (Brian) Pinnich of Bondurant, IA, John M. (Holly) & Jeffrey M. both of Antwerp; 8 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.

His funeral service is at First Baptist Church of Antwerp  at 11 am on Tuesday, December 22nd, with viewing from 9 to 11 am at the church. 

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
