Katie Brown

Kathleen F. Brown, 87, of Antwerp, passed away at home Sunday, December 23, 2018.

Katie was born in Payne, on September 18, 1931, a daughter of the late Olive  Rebecca (Zartman) and John Marion Johnston.

She was a substitute mail carrier who always put her family first.

Katie will be sadly missed by her daughters, Kristy Brown & Kathy (Gary English) Karnes; sister, Jean Young; grandchildren, Michael (Jessica) Flanery, Austin Van Atta & Sophia English & great grandchildren, Devon, Clayton & Ethan Flanary.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack, whom she married March 17, 1951 and sisters, Theresa Wannemacher & Leona Farrell.

Her funeral service is 10 AM with viewing 9 - 9:45 AM on Thursday, December 27th at Antwerp United Methodist Church.

Viewing is also Wednesday, 4 - 7 PM, Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp.

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
