Lucinda Bell, 66, of Antwerp, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the Gardens of Paulding.

Cindy was born in Hicksville on December 30, 1955, a daughter of the late Marilyn (Speiser) & Merton Bell, Jr.

Cindy leaves behind her sister, Janice Casper; brother, Kevin; & a host of nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Robert & Keith.
