Guestbook

To my classmates, Mary and Ed, and also with your family---Our deepest sympaties to each of you. Your mother was a dear friend of my Mom's and a woman of great faith. We have the assurance in God's Word that all who die believing in our Lord Jesus Christ will live forever in Heaven. This was a great comfort to me during my own time of grief and loss when first my Dad and then my Mom passed away in 2007. May the Lord surround each of you with His love and peace!

Dear Gordon Family....I want you all to know that your Mother, Mother in Law, Grandmother,Great Grandmother, and Sister was one of God's gifts to me and many others in the Community.

She always had a very warm smile and kind word to say..never really knowing a stranger. She was sure proud of her kids and grandkids!!!

It was my pleasure to paint for her throughout the years and pay her my 'annual visit'. You see, I got as much, if not more out of those visits, than she did.

While I know all of you kids loved her and took good care of her, I want to especially acknowledge Ed's dedication. Ed, you were a special blessing to your Mother... and I imagine that God has offered you a special blessing in return.

Thanks to all of you for sharing her with me and her 'extended family'. May God comfort you and give you peace.

Dear Gordon family: I am saddened by your loss. I am personally comforted by something the apostle Paul said at 1 Corinthians 15:26: "As the last enemy death is to be brought to nothing." I look forward to that time and when we can see our loved ones again. (Acts 24:15)

Please accept my sympathy on Margaret's passing. I knew her from the Harvest House. She always came with Kathryn Heck who I knew for many years. She was a very nice person, who I liked a lot and worked with her on some committees.
I will remember her to the rest of the Harvest House people and we will pray for her.
My condolences to the family.
Theresa Oberley.
