Margarita Bowers

Margarita Bowers, 81, of Antwerp passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Margie was born in Crandall, Texas on February 2, 1934.

Cooking and reading the Bible were two of Margie's favorite things. 

On Feb. 6, 1954 she married Jack Bowers, who died in 1968.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Tim (Barb) of Hallandale Beach, FL, Rob of Grand  Rapids, MI & Jackie Antoinne of Jackson, SC; son-in-law, Jerry Morrow; siblings, Lupe (Shirley), Angel (Sharon) & Joe (Della) Flores, Lola (John) Larson, Lucy (John) Rivera, Jane Rash, Gracie Alcalan, Sue Coonrod, Jackie Sanchez & Tulip (Lupe) Santos; 12 grandchildren & 15 great grandchildren.

Margie was also preceded in death by her mother & step father, Petra (Guererro) & Guadalupe Flores; daughter, Lisa Morrow & sister, Pauline McCurdy.

Her funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp at 11 am, with viewing one hour prior on Tuesday, August 4th.

Viewing is also Monday, August 3rd, 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.  

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
