I worked with Marie at ITT and Harrison College. She was an awesome person with a huge heart. She could go into any class and teach without prepping. We called each other sistas from other mistas. We shared life stories over lunch. May Marie rest in peace. She will forever have great memories in my heart..

Condolences to the family. I first met my friend at the bowling alley. She was a kind a thoughtful lady and full of fun. She talked about all the babies she helped bring into this world., As a nurse she was always thinking of her patients and their family. remember one incident. when I walked into the restaurant and. then she entered and asked me did the nurse out in the hall tell me my brother was in the hospital. I said no. She said tell and eat your super, the just took him, and you can the call and go see him. She said sit down and relax. I will miss her spirit, and knowing her she will be watching over us from above. Sandra Temple and Rodger Temple

Such a wonderful woman! She was one of nursing school instructors and always pushed me even when I didn't want to be pushed. She was truly a shining light on those days I wanted to give up.
