Merl Leroy Yenser, 84, formerly of Payne, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Brookview Healthcare Center, Defiance, Ohio.
Merl was born in Payne on June 23, 1941, a son of the late Thelma (Zartman) and Bernard Yenser.
Most of us would remember Merl from his working days at Homier and Sons in Payne.
Merl will be missed by his sons, Anthony (Michele) Yenser and Troy (Kirsten) Yenser; sister, Barbara (Tom) Rahrig; seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, William Darrel Yenser and sister, Linda Edwards.
You are invited to Merl's graveside service Friday, September 19th, precisely at 10 am at Lehman Cemetery, 6100 Road 33, Payne.
