Michael Wobler

Michael Lynn Wobler, 75, of Payne, Ohio passed away at home Sunday, May 18, 2025.

Mike was born in Paulding, Ohio on August 12, 1949, a son of the late Dolores M. (Lero) and Edward M. Wobler.

He retired from Herbert E. Orr in Paulding. Mike was most comfortable enjoying the outdoors, camping and going on golf cart rides in a pair of shorts.

Mike will be sadly missed by his wife, Nancy (Koehlinger) to whom he was married on July 24, 1971; sons, Shayne (the late Christy) and Shawn (Leslie) Wobler; brothers, Bernie (Roberta) and Francis Wobler; grandchildren, Dylan, Lauren, Kate, Jace and Xeydyx Wobler and one great grandchild on the way!

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, John, Bill, Tom and Dick Wobler and Betty Ake.

Viewing is Wednesday, May 21st, 4 PM to 7 PM at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne.

His funeral service is 10:30 AM, with viewing one hour prior on Thursday, May 22nd at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne.

He will be laid to rest in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Payne.
