Myrtle J. (Krouse) Dinger

Myrtle J. (Krouse) Dinger, 92, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Payne, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 in Fort Wayne.

Myrtle was born in Yoder, Indiana on November 11, 1928, a daughter of the late Veronica (Harber) and Ambrose Freiburger.

She was employed by Panhandle Eastern Pipeline but was more comfortable reciting the Rosary, participating in Catholic Mass and watching Notre Dame Football.

Myrtle will be sadly missed by her children, David Krouse, Gene Krouse, Diane Gordon & Karen Krouse; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herman Dinger; siblings, Bernice Schuller, Alice Gordon, Norman, Phillip, Quentin, Edgar and her twin brother, Myron Freiburger and her two beloved canine friends.

Myrtle's Mass of Christian Burial is Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, 11:00 am, with rosary recitation at 9:30 am and viewing from 10:00 - 10:45 am at Saint Vincent de Paul Parish 1502 E. Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She will be laid to rest at. Wiltsie Cemetery, Payne, Ohio.
