Nancy Ruth Scott

Nancy Ruth Scott, 76, of Grover Hill, Ohio passed away at home on Friday, January 16, 2026.

Nancy was born in Rhoda, Virginia on June 19, 1949, a daughter of the late Mary Mae (Beck) and Floyd Marcus Talbott.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Nancy always enjoyed dancing.

Nancy will be missed by her sons, Ivan Stephy and Jimmy Stephy III; sister, Dolly Subler; 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Scott; son William Stephy and her siblings.

Nancy's arrangements are private.
