Paul Gordon

Paul Gordon, 93 of  Payne passed away at home on Oct 4, 2015. 

Paul was born Feb. 2, 1922  in Payne  a son of the late Gilbert & Anna (Tucker) Gordon.

He was a farmer & a member of the Knights of Columbus & Divine Mercy Catholic Parish. 
Paul proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II

On June 14, 1952 he married Maxine Alter, who passed away April 17, 2011                        

Paul will be sadly missed by his children, Linda (Dennis) Sullivan of Indianapolis & Eileen (Marc) Durette of Minocqua, WI,  David (Debra), Ken (Myrna) & Bill (Lori) all of Payne; 10 grandchildren & 3 great grandchild.

He is also preceded in death by his son, Richard; grandson, Evan & siblings, Anna, Catherine, Raymond, Charles & John.

Funeral Mass is at  Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Payne at 10:30 am on Friday, October 9th.  

Viewing is Thursday, 4 - 7:30 pm, with the Rosary recited at 7:30 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne.  Viewing is also Friday,  9-10 am, at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne. 

He will be laid to rest at St John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, with military honors.
