Ralph D. Brown, 85 of Antwerp passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Vancrest of Antwerp.
Ralph was born in Waverly, Ohio on October 17, 1927, a son of the late Daisy L (Streitenberger) and Ralph A Brown.
He served in the U.S. Navy; was a Superintendent at Unioto Local Schools & Antwerp Local Schools and was a member of Antwerp United Methodist Church, Antwerp Rotary, the Masons & Shriners.
On Dec 27, 1953 he married Nancy Collis.
Ralph will be sadly missed by his wife, Nancy; daughters, Jennifer (Neil) Ramsier of Antwerp & Suzanne (Jon) Hollabaugh of Fremont, IN; brother, Carroll of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Anne (Jordan) Cline & Doug Ramsier and great grandchildren, Wyatt & Eliza Cline.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Wilhelm.
His service is at Antwerp United Methodist Church on Friday, July 19th at 11 am, with viewing one hour prior.
Viewing is also on Thursday, 2-4 & 6-7:30 pm, with Masonic Rites at 7:30pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, with military honors.
Memorials are to the church or Vancrest of Antwerp Activity Fund.
