Rex "Tom" Carr

Rex "Tom" Carr, 82, of  Hicksville, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Community Memorial Hospital. 

Tom was born at home in Hicksville  on August 19, 1936 a son of the late Charles & Ella (Rumbaugh) Carr.

He was in the U.S. Army Reserves in the early 1950's. Tom was a farmer most of his life, but always enjoyed fishing. 

Tom will be sadly missed by his wife, Joyce (Nickels) whom he married June 2, 1956 and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Wanda Bess Zuber, Bonita May, Wendell, Jess Willard, Melvin "Dutch", Norman & Stanley Joseph Carr.

Service is Monday, Dec. 24th, 11 am with viewing one hour prior at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W. River Street, Antwerp.

He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
