Rick Andrist

Richard A. Andrist, 56, of Antwerp passed away at home on Sunday, January 4, 2015.

Rick was born in Defiance on July 7, 1958. He worked at Spec-Temp in Antwerp.

For the last 8 years, Rick followed his dream of living on the west coast. He loved to golf, hike & bowl, having numerous perfect games.  

On May 3, 2010 Richard married Cindy Richhart.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Cindy; parents, Kenneth & Dorothy of Defiance; son, Joshua (Shannon) Deemer of Antwerp; siblings, Kathie of Paulding & Andy of Defiance; bestfriend, his dog, Wilbur and a host of nieces and nephews.

His funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp, on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at 6 pm, with viewing from 4 to 6 pm.

Memorials are to Paulding County Dog Kennel.
