Shawn Allen Suffel

Shawn Allen Suffel, 35 of Paulding, Ohio passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 3, 2017.

Shawn was born in Defiance on May 30, 1982. 

He worked at Haviland Plastic Products but was most comfortable fishing, hunting or playing softball. He was a proud father who loved his wife and family. He was a member of the Antwerp Community Church.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Sara (Matthews) whom he married August 11, 2012; son, Cole; parents, Randy, Sr. & Marilyn (King); siblings, Chris, Randy, Jr. (Ashley) all of Paulding; father-in-law, Jody Matthews of Payne; nieces & nephews , Makayla & Kaiden Suffel & Jess A. Munger all of Paulding, Laina, Liberty & London Matthews and brother-in-law, Raymon Matthews all of Payne. 

He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Beth Matthews; grandparents, Connie & Jerry Williamson, Emma & Bob King and Evelyn Romes.

Service is Friday 11 am with viewing one hour prior at Dooley Funeral home, 5761 SR 500, Payne. 

Viewng is also Thursday, 4 - 8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne.

He will be laid to rest in Paulding Memorial Cemetery.

His family strongly suggest memorials to Cole Suffel in lieu of flowers.
