Sue Jordan, 75, of Antwerp, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at her home.
Sue was born in Defiance on January 22, 1948, a daughter of the late Margaret (Bakle) & Delbert Jeffery.
Sue cherished moments spent with her family camping, celebrating holidays, and pursuing her passions in genealogy, scrapbooking, gardening, and cooking. Her heart overflowed with love for animals, especially her beloved cats. Sue remained a steadfast supporter of Antwerp Archer Athletics, maintaining her loyal cheers long after her grandkids graduated. Sue's legacy will forever be remembered through the love and warmth she shared with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Joni (Patrick) Miesle, Amy (John) Griffin, & Andy (Deanna) Jordan; sister, Judi Parker; grandchildren, Bryant, Erik, Annie (Chad), Christopher, Kyle (Emily), Colt; great grandchildren, Callie, Owen, & Charlotte; & beloved cats, Ivy & Clara.
Sue was preceded in death by her brother, David Jeffery.
Viewing will be Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 4-6:30, when the Rosary will be recited, at Dooley Funeral Home, 202 W River St., Antwerp.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 10 AM at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 203 W. Townline St., Payne, Ohio 45880. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
She will be laid to rest in Maumee Cemetery, Antwerp.
Memorials are to the Friends of the Feline Rescue Center or the Antwerp Police Dept.
