Teagan Blaise Moore passed from her loving parents into the arms of Jesus on Monday, January 4, 2021. 

Teagan will never be forgotten by her parents, Rayna (Long) and Andrew Moore of Payne; big sister, Anya; twin sister, Brea; grandparents Harla Rae & Ray Long III of Payne, Kim & Eric Moore of San Antonio, TX and great grandmothers, Margaret Wearley of Payne & Jennie Long of Defiance.

She will be laid to rest privately.
