Thomas Joseph “Tubby†Butyok age 51 of Antwerp, Ohio died Saturday May 26, 2012 at 10:30PM. He was born on July 28, 1960 the son of Richard J and Norma F (Cutlip) Butyok.
In 1978 he graduated from Antwerp High School. He was a skilled wood worker having previously worked at Steeles 5 Acre Mill, Hicksville, Ohio.
Tom was a member of the Antwerp Methodist Church, a joint member of the Hicksville and Paulding Eagles as well as a member of the Antwerp Conservation Club.
He is survived by a sister Lisa (Jim) Mortorff of Antwerp. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call at the Antwerp Dooley Funeral Home Wednesday from 4:00 – 8:00PM. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Suggested memorials are to the Paulding Visiting Nurses or Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
