Tim D. Miller

Tim Miller, 65, of Paulding, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Tim was born in Fort Wayne, on July 23, 1956.

He was a mechanic and the owner of JTS Automotive, but Tim was most comfortable with his horses, trail riding, and spending time with his family and friends. Tim always said, "Work hard, but play harder". He believed that you could have an entire house full of material things, but if you don't enjoy life you have nothing in the end.

Tim will be sadly missed by his mother, Donna (Figert) Flagg; children, April (Shane) Litzenberg, Stacy (Carl) Blankenship, Josh (Sarah) Miller, Robert (Molly) Messman & Chet Miller; siblings, Gwenn (Gary) Johnson, Penny Dillinger & Marvin Miller; girlfriend, Sheri Kesler; 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; his many nieces and nephews and loyal companion, Zack. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Miller and siblings, Judy Holston & James Miller.

Viewing is Thursday, March 17, 2022, from 4 PM to 7 PM at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne.

His funeral service is 10:30 AM, with viewing one hour prior on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne.

My husband Francis Ward worked for Tim a while back and would have been very sorry to hear of his passing. Francis died in Dec of 2021 at the age of 84. It was a good job for Francis.

So sorry for the loss of Tim I share the love for horses also. As kids growing up we would see our cousins often. I remember Tim with his horse Silver. always loved coming to see all of my cousins on the farm. So many wonderful memories. I enjoyed Tim not long ago when I called about my mare and knew he would give me great advice. Wished I had called more. Love u cuz ride them fast and free in heavens fields.

Dear Sheri, Donna, April, Stacy, Gwenn...... other family members and friends.....you all have my sympathy! Like for so many, Tim's death is almost beyond belief... Among so many other things (especially his love for his family and his horses), he will be remembered by me for the hard and detailed work he did on our old 1944 Ford firetruck many years ago at his residence garage in Payne. He was a good mechanic then and he just kept getting better throughout the years.... May you rest in peace Tim....You will be fondly remembered by all of us who had the good pleasure of knowing you.

Tim was one of the kindest people I have ever known. He had a strong work ethic and always provided great customer service. I had been a customer of JTS for years and will miss Tim very much. Sending prayers to his family.
