Tracy D. Miller, 64, of New Haven, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. 

Tracy was born in Fort Wayne on July 18, 1961, a daughter of the late Carolyn (McHenry) & Charles Delagrange. 

Tracy was a loving wife and mother who devoted her life to raising her family and taking care of her home. She was also a devoted grandmother who was always present for her family. Her grandkids knew that they never left without a squishy hug and kiss! 

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Steven Miller, to whom she was married to December 16, 1978; children, Jamie (Greg) Bultemeier; Jessica (John) Gomola; & Jason Miller; siblings, Wendy (Bob) Perkins, Cindy (Ted) Smeltzer, Lori (Dennis) Gerke, Scott (Marla) Delagrange, & Melanie (Tim) Bremer; 15 grand children; 1 great grandchild; & beloved cats, Gracie Allen & Shadow. 

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Stacy Kaeser, & brother, Dennis Delagrange. 

A gathering to remember Tracy's life will be held Wednesday September 24th at noon at the Westwood Fellowship church, 4100 Becker Rd, Woodburn, IN 46797. 

Tracy will be laid to rest in the Woodburn Evangelical Mennonite Cemetery. 

Memorials are to Magical Meadows or K County Alpaca Pride.
