Victoria Lynn Carter

Victoria Lynn (Marten) Carter went to be with the Lord on October 20, 2018 at 6:44 PM.

Victoria was born April 29, 1962 a daughter of the late William Marten & Grace (Marten) Reynolds.

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Parker R. Davis and her parents.

On March 21, 1992, in Payne , Victoria married Brian Carter, who survives. She also leaves behind a daughter, Brandi (Moses) Godoy along with her grandchildren, Sadia canfield, Justice Canfield, Noah Coyne & Bryan Coyne, Jr. Victoria is also survived by her siblings, Susan (Stu) Hirsch, Christa Williams, Bobby Kremer, Mike (Peggy) Marten, Gregg (Jan) Stephens & Steve Marten.

No service is scheduled at this time, however, contributions are encouraged to be sent to the Payne Fire Department in Victoria's memory.
