To the family of Bill, we want you to know what a honor it has been to have Bill as our friend.  No one could have asked for a better friend.  We saw that he lived his life with love and grace.  He kept his word and was truly a man of intregity and honor, never saying a bad word against anyone.  He was always there when you needed him, even if it meant dropping his own project. In his quiet, unassuming way he was truly a giant of a man.  Very few will ever be able to measure up to him.

Julie,

I only knew your Father for a week, but he certainly touched my heart.  I was so saddened to hear about him when I came in to work on Monday morning.  I am a richer person for knowing him.  His wonderful character and kindness was quite evident to everyone who cared for him.  I'm so glad I had to opportunity to meet both of you. My deepest sympathy to you and all your family.
