Obituary

Ruth A. Witt, 71, of Antwerp, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Parkview Hospital. Fort Wayne.

Ruth was born in Hammersville, Ohio on May 5, 1949, to the late Elizabeth (Dean) & William Neu.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Rose (Jim) Reinhart, Paul Bailey Jr., & Joseph Bailey; siblings, Joy Neu of Deltona, FL, Mary (Ron) Smilth of London, OH, & Frank (Karen) Neu of Union City, OH; 9 grandchildren; & 1 great grandchild, with another one on the way!

Ruth was preceded in death by her brothers, David & Lee Neu, & her granddaughter, Bethany Reinhart.

She will be laid to rest in Tate Township Cemetery, Bethel, Ohio on December 28, 2020 at 11am.
