He was born Nov. 8, 1939 in Toledo, a son of the late Betty (Walters) & Ivan Woodling, Sr. Ivan proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He later worked at Norfolk & Southern Railroad and then spent 23 years at BF Goodrich. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion. He will be sadly missed by his daughters, Michele (Mark) Rasey of Antwerp & Faith (Paul) Harless of Fort Wayne; sisters, Pam Ford of McClure & Cheryl (the late Jim) Schwiebert of Hamler 5 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 7 nieces & nephews. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen & sister, Janet (the late Jim) Pooley. He will be laid to rest privately in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
